Andromeda have provided expert technical consultancy to a range of clients to advise on innovative engineering solutions, ensuring clients comply with legislation and Network Rail Standards and the provision of independent reviews of internal policies, procedures and tender submissions.
Project Mobilisation
Andromeda have extensive experience of building engineering delivery teams for both Network Rail and various contractors. This has included identifying key roles, competency requirements and training and development needs. The aim is to set up organisations combining engaged staff with objectives (such as design and construction activities) that are fully aligned to meet programme timescales.
Engineering Compliance
At Andromeda we have completed many reviews on behalf of Network Rail projects to determine compliance to areas such as Technical Specification for Interoperability (TSI), Common Safety Method (CSM) and determining project requirements for necessary support from Notified Bodies, Designated Bodies, Assessment Bodies. Andromeda have provided our clients with technical reports that provides clear recommendations on the requirements to ensure compliance at all times.
